ENTWINED WITH YOU BOOK 1 SERIES
I couldn't remember why I loved these series and I guess because books 1 & 2 had really hot & steamy sex scenes and built up the characters, but now that I re-listened to these books I found myself rolling my eyes as in, really, why did I ever like this series?! Eva's character is so jealous and possessive of her man Gideon and accuses him of cheating all the time, but then she put's herself in uncomfortable situations that can lead to disaster. I re-listened to book 1 & 2 to remember what all happened so I can prepare myself for the continuation of this story. I was anticipating the release of this book, thinking that it is the conclusion of the series, however, it's not and it should've been because I've grown tired of these characters and their 's more drama than love story anymore. Unsatisfying, Eye Rolling Series Continues. I'm addicted to Gideon just as badly as Ava is!

But I will surely be back for the next installment in this story. I wish her character could sustain a level of sometimes makes me feel bad for Gideon that she isn't the strong level-headed kick-ass wife he needs. Then when there seemed to be a reason to be bitchy, she backed off. She seemed to jump all over the place in this book.sometimes level headed, sometimes ditzy or bitchy for no reason. She took a giant step backwards for me in this book.her reactions to Brett really pushed some buttons for me and not in a good way. I felt that at the end of Reflected in You, Ava was more mature and less needy and impulsive.

I have to say that Ava bugged me in this book. I am emotional about the characters.and when really bad things happen, I have to turn off the ipod and give it a rest before I can go back and pick it up again.

No.as usual with these characters, I need to take it in small chunks. Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting? Which character – as performed by Jill Redfield – was your favorite? They need a break in between catastrophes! The other thing I would have changed was to have left out at least one or two of the additional stumbling blocks she threw up between Gideon and Ava. This book didn't really add anything to the overall story that couldn't have been shortened and put in a final book. In my opinion, Sylvia should have kept this story as a trilogy as was originally planned. How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable? I love the timber of her voice and I could listen to her read the phone book! I have not read the printed version.so I can't speak to that. Jill is the perfect narrator for this book for me. Would you consider the audio edition of Entwined With You to be better than the print version?

Overall - If you like lots and lots of steamy sex, you will love this book. She's got a velvety, sexy voice, and she can do a pretty good guy voice too! Her performance lends class to the story. I want to see everything tied up with a big happy bow, but I fear Gideon and Ava will just F*#& for 15 of the next 20 book-hours and then die stuck together. five books for a romance? I'm torn whether to continue with the series. Why? This isn't the conclusion to the trilogy we expected, so the author adds stupid fluff to stretch the series. Except for some good stuff toward the end, it's all over the place with side characters and little filler subplots. There's a saying that applies here, "Less is more." The first two books had a great story line but in this one the story stagnates. but I'm getting really bored with the constant sex. The problem is that I love the story of Ava and Gideon, their tortured pasts and their hot chemistry. I listened to Bared to You and Reflected in You and didn't learn my lesson about this series.
